Two years ago, Liss together with top volley players of her batch--though they came from different HS, they were all friends--had a pact that they will all go to the same school for college. To make a long story short, they were supposed to be La Salle-bound but come enrollment only Liss showed up. This came as a complete surprise to the team and apparently also to Liss. All her friends went to another school and it turned out the other school's new coach thought Liss wasn't good enough to be one of what they called the "wonder rookies"; btw, she didn't play libero back in HS. So Liss was left all alone in La Salle. And again we got the short end of the stick.

Coach Ramil converted her to a libero and you guys already know the story from here. Come UAAP she became the primary libero of the team that is use to great liberos. Liss became the ROY besting the wonder rookies, never missed the finals and has a championship under her belt. So yeah, poor Liss!

Btw, her friends were beside themselves after finishing third.

yung nga din naisip ko...meron sana tayong magaling na setter if napunta sa lasalle si jem...although liability nga lang sa blocking....pero ok na ako na si liss ang napunta sa atin...napaka intense maglaro....

dati nanunuod ako ng season 1 ng shakeys v league grade 2-3 pa lang ata ako nun .. ang kilala ko lang na teams nun ay UST at LA SALLE kasi sila ung laging nasa finals haha ang galing nga ni penano dun eh tapos andun pa si michelle carolino Smile

pag may best libero or best in digging and receive...si shermaine lage nanalo...just like chi saet na lage nanalong best setter...hehehe

yup their friends...baka nagkasama sa rp youth team or sa palarong pambansa...

they were supposed to go to lasalle pero they ended up with ateneo and si liss lang ang nagpunta sa lasalle...
